Welcome to Pathfinder Place
Whether you want to become part of our community, get oversight and management for ever-increasing service charges, ensure our green spaces are managed properly or anything else relating to Pathfinder Place — it starts here.
Why does it matter?
No one knows Pathfinder Place better than the people who live here. The Residents Association is our way to:
- 🛝 Fix issues with shared areas, bins, green space and safety
- 📣 Speak directly to Remus, developers and the council
- 🏡 Influence how our community grows — not just watch it happen
- 💷 Take control of our service charges and maintenance fees
Why does joining mean?
Once 50% of households join, we can:
- Form a community that represents all of Pathfinder Place
- Start a formal conversation with Remus, or the local council - on behalf of the entire community
- Work together to discusss issues, improvements and more
- Work directly with management companies or other organisations as one voice
- Apply for grants, organise events and improve shared spaces
How does it work?
- Residents complete the form above to join
- We reach 50% of households signed up
- We call a General Meeting to vote on elected members and the priorities of the RA
- We form a formal Residents Association
- We can then sit down formally with Remus or Wiltshire Council to discuss our issues
- We work together as a community to action the issues we care about, together
