About Us
We’re forming a Residents Association to give everyone a voice. Whether you care about ever-increasing service charges, management of green spaces, or just knowing who to contact - it starts here
What is a Residents Association?
A Residents’ Association (RA) is a voluntary, democratically run group made up of people living in the same development—here, that’s our 213 homes at Pathfinder Place.
It exists to:
- Represent your voice — bringing residents together to identify, discuss, and resolve shared concerns.
- Build a stronger community by organising social events, exchanging skills, and fostering neighbourly connections
- Engage with Remus and the local council to help shape decisions that affect our living environment—everything from maintenance and safety to green spaces
- Manage funds and grants for improvements like planting trees, installing benches, or upgrading lighting—all overseen by the group
Why Join?
Amplify your impact
One voice can be ignored—but together, we can achieve change. Associations are proven to influence decisions more effectively than individuals.
Shape Your Community
RAs help improve services and security—addressing antisocial behaviour, overseeing maintenance, and influencing future developments
Have a Say in Management
Without an RA, the estate can be managed on your behalf without your input. A residents association ensures that the management company works for you — not the other way around.
